Becoming an Insider is simple—create a DECJUBA Insider account here or ask in store next time you're at your local DECJUBA. Once you join our destination of amazing, all purchases made will go towards your DECJUBA Insider level.

Your DECJUBA Insider account is linked to your email address, so we do require one. It is also how we'll get in touch with any exclusive offers and how you'll receive your DECJUBA Insider loyalty rewards. We recommend signing up with a personal email address that's not likely to change.

If you present your email address or phone number to a DECJUBA store team member, they will be able to tell you your level status, how close you are to your next tier, and more!

Before placing your order, you can log in to your online account via the login page here. Alternatively, ensure you are logged into your correct account at checkout.

When you signed up in store, you would have received an account activation email from us. To access your Insider account, you will need to click into this email and set your online password. If you are unable to locate this email, head to our account creation page here and enter your email address. This will re-trigger the account activation email sent to your email address. Please follow the prompts from here.

It is not possible to transfer spend balance and rewards between accounts. Ideally, all purchases are accumulated on one account, allowing you to reach your rewards faster. To ensure you're using the correct account, please use the same email address for both in store and online purchases. Please also note that in line with our terms and conditions, customers are restricted to one DECJUBA Insider account per person.

DECJUBA Insider is our loyalty program designed to reward you for shopping with us. When you join, all eligible purchases – both online at www.decjuba.com.au and in any DECJUBA store in Australia – go toward your level status.

As you spend, you can level up, and so will your rewards and benefits. (The Insider scoop is that each level offers exclusive access to amazing rewards and offers: discounted shipping rates, early access to sale offers and product drops, and much more.)

You will get 10% off always on full price. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Note: you must be logged into your account to access the discount.

There are four levels in DECJUBA Insider's destination of amazing, and they're all based on your 12-month spend:
Level 1: $0–$149
Level 2: $150–$399
Level 3: $400–$899
Level 4: INNER CIRCLE: $900+

The more you spend, the more you'll level up.

Good question! Your current level in DECJUBA Insider's destination of amazing is displayed in your online account profile. If you're heading in store, present the email address or mobile attached to your DECJUBA Insider account.

Short answer: yes! Long answer: the higher your level, the more exclusive the rewards and benefits. This may include anniversary rewards, discounted shipping, early access to sales, and extra special gifts. What's in the inner circle level, you ask, now that you'll have to find out when you get there.

Your level in DECJUBA Insider's destination of amazing will reflect actual spend, and therefore any refunds will be deducted from your account one month later. Your level status may not reflect this deduction until then. On occasion, a refund may result in you moving down a level, provided no additional purchases are made that meet the required amount of spend to maintain your level.

Your level in DECJUBA Insider's destination of amazing is based on your spending over the rolling past 12 months.

Your spend balance is calculated daily and should appear in your account within 24 hours of your purchase.

Your spending balance is updated within 24 hours of your purchase. Once updated, you'll receive an email inviting you to your new level.

If you do not retain the minimum 12 month rolling spend, you may move down a level. This may be true in the instance of a refund.

If you exchange an item for another of equal value, your level will remain unchanged. If the exchanged item is lower in value, the difference may be reflected in your spend balance. On the plus side, the opposite applies, too. (More spend, more rewards!)

We can only refund the amount you paid without the reward discount. Unfortunately, this means the reward will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
